CARTA DEI VALORI
Sostegno: AIVM si avvale di figure professionali appartenenti a svariate categorie (tra cui psicologi, sociologi, medici, ecc.) che, su base volontaria, danno un sostegno, anche morale, alle persone che si rivolgono all’Associazione.
Assistenza: AIVM si avvale di un team di avvocati che, su base volontaria, assiste gratuitamente le persone che si rivolgono all’Associazione, dando consigli pratici e suggerimenti dopo aver visionato accuratamente la documentazione prodotta.
Ascolto: AIVM ascolta le storie delle persone che si ritengono vittime di malagiustizia e che si rivolgono al nostro Centro d’Ascolto telefonico.
Gratuità: La gratuità delle prestazioni è un principio fondante di AIVM. In sei anni abbiamo aiutato gratuitamente oltre 4.000 persone.
Formazione: AIVM ha stipulato convenzioni di formazione e orientamento con università lombarde, per lo svolgimento di stage formativi presso il proprio Centro d’Ascolto e Osservatorio, che hanno come obiettivo, tra gli altri, quello di essere di aiuto nel formare figure professionali più attente alla dimensione etica.
Ricerca: Grazie al proprio Centro Studi, l’associazione analizza le nuove problematiche sociali emerse dalle informazioni rese disponibili dal Centro d’Ascolto, con l’obiettivo di sostenere e formulare proposte, anche di tipo legislativo, e intervenire su proposte di legge alle camere.
Sensibilizzazione: AIVM è impegnata sul territorio in campagne di informazione e sensibilizzazione sul tema giustizia, per far emergere la diffusione e la portata di un fenomeno che rappresenta una piaga sociale, che mina le fondamenta democratiche del Paese perché compromette diritti civili e beni fondamentali, costituzionalmente garantiti.
