Ho iniziato la mia esperienza di volontariato con AIVM l’autunno scorso, dopo aver scoperto l’associazione per caso tramite l’università.
La prima cosa di cui mi sono accorto confrontandomi con gli altri volontari dell’associazione è stata la mia completa ignoranza verso il sistema giuridico italiano.
Dopo essermi accorto del mio limite ho cominciato ad informarmi svolgendo con gli altri volontari di formazione giuridica delle “chiacchierate” che sono state alla base di vari articoli pubblicati sul sito.
La struttura del processo in Italia è qualcosa che tutti dovrebbero conoscere, eppure ascoltando la testimonianza di chi si rivolge all’associazione la prima impressione è che il funzionamento del sistema giuridico rimanga un argomento estraneo e oscuro.
In questi mesi di esperienza in associazione, oltre alla gestione del sito e dei social network di AIVM, mi sono quindi impegnato nella creazione di articoli dal contenuto utile e informativo, rivolti a chi come me non ha fatto studi giuridici ma per interesse o necessità ha voglia di scoprire il significato del linguaggio giuridico.
Ritengo che questi mesi siano stati un forte stimolo per la mia formazione e spero che quello che ho avuto la possibilità di scrivere o revisionare sia stato d’aiuto a chi ha necessità di confrontarsi con il nostro sistema giudiziario.
