La malagiustizia come patologia sociale, che colpisce i diritti civili e i beni fondamentali della persona.Carissimi,
il mio impegno personale e quello dell’Associazione che rappresento è quello di fare emergere, nel contesto di crisi in cui il Paese versa in questo momento, il fenomeno della “mala giustizia” come fenomeno negativo socialmente diffuso, perché coinvolge direttamente, compromettendoli, i diritti civili e i beni fondamentali, costituzionalmente garantiti, della persona.
Il mio presupposto deriva da una semplice constatazione: parlare in Italia del funzionamento in generale della giustizia è come parlare al vento; a meno che non si tratti di fattispecie eclatanti o che coinvolgono personaggi in vista; ma anche in tali casi, il fatto si riduce a semplice notizia di cronaca, tralasciando di considerare che quel “fatto” sia il sintomo grave di un malessere generale dell’intero Sistema che colpisce il corpo sociale a tutti i livelli.
Ed è proprio ai livelli più “bassi”, ma più diffusi, dove tutto passa in silenzio, che voglio dedicare la mia attenzione e dare voce, mettendo in risalto il dramma umano che la mala giustizia genera ai singoli, alle famiglie, al lavoro. Pertanto, tramite il volontariato dell’Associazione, è mia intenzione coinvolgere tutte le categorie, la stessa magistratura, l’intera opinione pubblica, organizzando convegni, manifestazioni, incontri, scambi culturali.
Ecco perché, se avessi la possibilità di potere scegliere tra le svariate esigenze di riforme quali pensioni, scuola, amministrazione pubblica, non avrei nessun dubbio: al primo posto metterei la riforma della giustizia!!! Ossia l’eliminazione di una patologia sociale che crea più problemi e danni di qualsivoglia forma di abuso o di violenza; e se il nostro Paese vuole veramente riordinare i poteri dello Stato e restituire ai cittadini la fiducia nelle Istituzioni, deve partire dalla giustizia, avendo il coraggio, se necessario, di gridarla questa esigenza; perché non è vero che il “mondo giustizia” sia intoccabile!!
Dipende da me, dall’Associazione che rappresento e da tutti coloro che con onestà vogliono il vero bene del Paese e che non hanno nulla da nascondere!!!
