Malagiustizia in Italia: i dati del nostro osservatorio | aivm.it

Riportiamo i dati aggiornati del nostro Osservatorio, presentati in occasione del corso di formazione organizzato dall’Ordine dei Giornalisti a cui abbiamo preso parte.

Dal 2012 a oggi abbiamo assistito oltre 3.000 vittime di malagiustizia.

Nella fase di primo contatto, invitiamo chi si rivolge a noi a compilare un questionario. Dal questionario compilato, possiamo estrapolare importanti dati per la nostra attività: dati anagrafici (genere, età, area geografica da cui ci contattano), posizione lavorativa, situazione familiare, la fattispecie del procedimento e i gradi di giudizio.

In questo modo possiamo offrire un’attività di supporto più mirata e concreta, alla vittima e ai suoi familiari.

Inoltre abbiamo così a disposizione un’ampia banca dati costantemente aggiornata, che ci permette di studiare le questioni e le problematiche più frequenti della giustizia nel nostro Paese.

    Anche io ho il mio caso,da 15 anni. Ho subito e subiscono per colpa di disonesti. Spero,di avere anche il vostro supporto. Certi giudici e avvocati cialtroni dovrebbero essere radiati. MPS ha fatto quanto di peggio. Poi c’è una legge emessa il 5/11/2014 dal tribunale di Trani che recita.:i beni di uso primario per lavorare, non possono essere pignorati. Il trinunale di Firenze anche la dignità ti porta via…poi se sei innocente crepi..se spacci,rubi,amnazzi,o traffici profughi sei il signor professionista abilitato quindi.
    .innocente. Mi hanno negato anche di costudire l azienda.sono stato definito persona di pessimo profilo morale,civile e costituzionale da un certo signor Spoto….bo
